For a mobile/smart phone we recommend the Spark R84

-

Spark_R84.JPG

Why? Because these phones have a very good direct external antenna connector to connect an antenna to. (See our Treble Cone Case Study on how a similar phone the R54 performs). Next best after these three, would be a Samsung phone with a direct connection. The Samsungs antenna connection is under the battery cover, so if you don't want to use this port the Samsungs also work great with a passive connection. In fact the Passive repeater is very popular with Smart phones including iPhones.  Don't forget once you fix your coverage problems with one of our antennas you can combine it with the Cellutronics portable XDECT system and make and receive calls anywhere in your home without being connected to the antenna.
